Ответили вроде нормально, но последняя фраза смущает:

I recommend sending your package with tracking or delivery confirmation. Our processing time right now is 6-8 weeks, and that starts from the date your package was received. We do not contact you when we receive your knife, unless we encounter a problem.
Whether or not there will be a cost for replacement depends on it the knife is defective, which will be determined by our warrant technician.
